The Beginning
The year is 1979: YAYLA was founded in Datteln and, with just a few employees, began selling individual products that should not be missing from Turkish cuisine. Starting with Tavuk Salam and Süzme Yoğurt, the company continued to grow until it finally moved to the home of the shareholder family in Krefeld in the 1980s. To this day, YAYLA is based in the “city like velvet and silk” on the Lower Rhine and offers its around 80 employees a familiar and pleasant working atmosphere in a modern new building.

Starting with Tavuk Salam and Süzme Yogurt, the company continued to grow until it finally moved to the home of the shareholder family in Krefeld in the 1980s. In 2023 Yayla Asia Pacific has established in Australia ( Sydney ) for to reach Australia, New Zeland and Asia Pacific Countries.

Dairy products are the most important part of our range, which is why we only process premium quality from recognized, certified, ecologically sustainable European companies. We guarantee species-appropriate husbandry with spacious, clean stables, plenty of grazing time, sufficient water and constant medical checks of the cows, traceability of all raw materials, short transport routes and, as a result, absolute freshness.
